Bridgetown

We had a good time on break; resting, reading and sunning ourselves. This was the first time it had been just the two of us since re-joining the ship last August.

We also had the opportunity to take the kids club camping. We had a great time, especially when the wild monkeys came to say hello.

Football Frenzy! Yes it was world cup football time when we were in Barbados so there we many times when the Mess was full of people glued to the TV. It was a unique time as most of the teams in the world cup were represented by crew members from those counties on board.

After dry dock we returned to Barbados to collect 51 crew members who spent their time in Barbados, working in teams to rebuild homes and help those in diffi cult circumstances. Through this they were able to have many good conversations, explaining why they were giving up their time in this way.
